Company ProfileMiami Valley Packaging Solutions is a new entity derived
from a staff of seasoned veterans. The current managing partners have over 75
years of combined experience in the corrugated industry. In August of 2009,
Miami Valley Packaging Solutions purchased the assets of B & L Packaging, Inc.
and as a result, has emerged as a strong and growing organization. This
transition produced a talented team of experts to design, produce, delivery and
support your quality corrugated products. We consider this team to be

Miami Valley Packaging Solutions is an Ohio corporation jointly owned by three people, Don Chmiel, Ken Phegley, and Jamie Williams. It was created in 2009.
Don Chmiel has an Associates Degree in Marketing and in Packaging Engineering from Sinclair Community College. He has over 25 years of experience in the corrugated industry, starting his career in design and moving into sales. Initially working for a mid-size sheet plant that was part of a group of plants, he was able to advance from design to sales. For 18 years, Don was the top sales representative for B & L Packaging, Inc., with sales in 2007 in excess of $2,000,000. Don will use these skills and experience in his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and will also oversee design management.
Kenny Phegley has more than 25 years of production knowledge, with the last 20 years in management, overseeing all aspects of production. He has worked for 4 different corrugated companies from one of the largest in the industry to a moderate size sheet plant. Kenny's expertise in these areas are the perfect fit for his roles in day to day production operations and plant management. Kenny serves as Vice President of Manufacturing.
Jamie Williams has an Associates degree in Business Administration from Edison State Community College. He has over 23 years of experience in the corrugated industry involving all aspects of the business. His experience includes; operations manager, customer service manager, information management, purchasing and ISO quality control manager. Jamie's responsibilities include; inside customer service, office management, and overseeing operations. Jamie serves as President of the corporation.
